KRISTINA JUDL

A yoga student since 1999, I started out with a practice in classical Hatha yoga (Sivananda), but tried many different styles and sought inspiration from many international teachers such as Sara Powers, Paul Grilley, Gary Kraftsow, Sadie Nardini, Kathryn Budig, Kino Yoga and Anna Forrest.

I went to India in 2010 to do a 500 hrs TTC in Rishikesh with Swami Vidyanand at Sri Ma School of Transformational Yoga, and also studied with Master Yogacharya Amit at India Yogacentre, Rishikesh

In 2013 I went to Asia to teach yoga and became a yoga instructor at Samkhya Yoga (formerly Inner Glow Yoga) in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

In 2014 I studied Nuad Thai Massage at the renown Massage School ITM in Chiang Mai, Thailand

I am officially licensed by the Chamber of Commerce in Vienna to practice Nuad Thai Massage (Exam in Nov 2014)
